Enrichment Section

At The Oakwood Academy, we run an Enrichment Programme for our highest performing Years 7–10 students. The aim of the programme is to broaden students' horizons in a range of skills and events which allow them to add to their growing potential while at The Oakwood Academy and beyond. Students take part in a range of events, with a minimum of 1 event per half-term. Furthermore, students also have a range of careers assemblies which allow them to ask questions to individuals from different career paths, including the local MP, award-winning estate agents and national authors. 

Students are invited to take part in this programme and throughout their year will receive support from staff overseeing the Enrichment Programme, including academic mentoring throughout the academic year.
